Geeks to the Rescue is headed by our creator Nathan Cope. Nathan has been working in the IT industry for over 20 years, with the support of a solid university degree as a foundation. During his career, some of Nathan's clients have included large government departments and thriving private businesses. Nathan has gained extensive experience over this time, which allows him to ensure each client receives the benefit of his up-to-date technological knowledge and the experience of a professional truly committed to top notch service.
Of why Geeks to the Rescue was hatched, Nathan says "I was constantly outraged by horror stories of “backyard IT cowboys” causing more problems than they fixed for the small business and residential sector. I wanted to set the record straight for the Geek world and use my talents to stop people jumping out of windows due to sheer frustration with their computer or the person fixing it. The sort of people we help either profess to being technologically challenged, just don’t have the time to research the solution to a computer problem they’ll probably never come across again or simply want to spend all their time doing their own job and leave the computer problems to the experts."
